STEP 1:   RESPOND TO RFI

SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION AT INFO@GOLAPROGRAMME.CO.ZA  OR HERE:

The application must include, but not limited to the
following:
Enterprise registration documents and all statutory compliance
documents:

  1. CIPC Company Registration documents.
  2. Valid Annual Abridged Certificate for Annual Returns (CK2B).
  3. Certified ID Copies of Shareholders / Directors / Members.
  4. Certified Share Register and Share Certificates.
  5. Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate.
  6. Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA).
  7. Valid B-BBEE Affidavit or certificate (Please ensure to use
    the correct Sector Code Affidavit e.g. Construction, ICT etc.)
    Company Profile.
  8. Certified municipal account / Certified utility bill /
    Certified proof of address / Certified proof of residence
    by traditional council for owner(s) AND business.

By applying for the programme you consent to the following:
Collection of photographic and video footage for marketing purposes /Provision of financial information for the duration of the programme Ongoing provision of annual financial figures for the 2 years after the completion of the programme as part of Monitoring and Evaluation.
